We come to your event at requested time and place and play the music. Your guests can choose the ice creams from the side of the truck. 

Your quote will depend on the number of guests, menu package, date and time and location.

To complete your order you need to provide us: the date(s), time(s) and location(s) of your event(s). Please, try to give an estimated number of guests for each event. We will also need contact information for a person in charge of your event at the location.

Payment can be done cash, certified/company check, EMT or credit card. Please note for credit card transactions there is a 2.9% admin fee. 

We always recommend that you book early, especially during the summer months. However, we do our best to accommodate all our customers and even offer same day service when possible.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We ask you to provide personal information such as e-mail address, name, home or work address, and telephone number. None of this information will be shared with any other vendor or a third party source. 

We’ll serve you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You pay and we’ll be there. 

Typically,  it only takes a few seconds to serve. If you want us for a specific time, just let us know when booking and we will stay

​Once receiving confirmation the following fees will apply:

• 75% cancellation fee of the total amount for bookings cancelled the week of the booking,
• 50% cancellation fee of the total amount for bookings cancelled two weeks before the booking date,
• 25% cancellation fee of the total amount for events cancelled within two days of the confirmation date.
• We do require the deposit of 50% of the total amount upon booking. This minimum deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the event. Our trucks operate rain or shine. You do have a one-time option of rescheduling depending on availability.
